Sandhyamishraart

Sandhya Mishra is an amateur Artist. She was born in Nepal. She was inspired by colour change during Japanese Autumn, while leaving and studying Agricultural Economics (M.Sc) in Japan. After completing her studies in Japan she moved to Israel in 2004, where she started self-practicing stone painting. Sandhya has been living in Paris since 2007 where she has undertaken several training courses with art teachers who were educated at famous Beaux-arts de Paris, France. Her artwork focuses on silk painting, oil painting and porcelain painting. She has already participated in various art exhibitions in Nepal and France. She was awarded with a BRONZ Medal, and Diploma conferred by Academic Society of Arts, Sciences & Letters, France in October 2022. She has also won an International Virtual Art competition on the theme ‘COVID-19 Lockdown’ organised by International Action Art, in June 2020.
